DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Pure PT is a private pay, out-of-network model, focusing on delivering unparalleled, one-on-one care without the limitations imposed by insurance companies. This approach puts your needs first and gets you better faster while often resulting in a lower overall cost to recover when compared to the number of visits and copay or coinsurance you'd find with traditional healthcare.
While we do not directly accept insurance, we have the option to submit a self-claim to your insurance provider. We will provide the superbill containing the necessary information for reimbursement or towards your deductible and will even submit the out of network claim on your behalf for insurances that allow it.
The amount reimbursed by your insurance depends on your plan's benefits. Prior to your first appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits and any additional requirements.

DO I NEED A PHYSICIAN REFERRAL?
No, you don't need a referral. If plan to submit a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance provider, then it's always best to call them and ask if they need a referral or "prior authorization".
